Bei meinem nachsten Spanienbesuch bleibt mir genau ein Tag fur Madrid; dafur plane ich gerade einen uberschaubaren Rundgang. Mein Zug kommt am Morgen an, am Abend geht es schon weiter. Deshalb mochte ich nicht standig quer durch die Stadt fahren oder mit langen Warteschlangen rechnen. Fur den Start wurde ich am liebsten einen Ort wahlen, den ich vom Bahnhof leicht erreiche. Mich interessieren vor allem Stra?en, Platze und Cafes, an denen man auch einfach eine Weile sitzen kann. Auf meiner Liste stehen die Gegend um die Puerta del Sol, der Plaza Mayor und vielleicht der Retiro. Bei einem Museum bin ich noch unsicher, weil dafur schnell mehrere Stunden vergehen. Zwischen den bekannten Orten entdecke ich gern auch eine ruhigere Stra?e. Ware es sinnvoll, zuerst durch die Altstadt zu laufen und den Park fur den Nachmittag aufzuheben? Bei der Vorbereitung habe ich nach 1 tag in madrid gesucht. Solche Ubersichten helfen mir, Entfernungen einzuschatzen, ersetzen aber keine Erfahrungen mit dem tatsachlichen Tempo vor Ort. Ich hatte lieber einen freien Moment fur Essen und Kaffee als einen minutios geplanten Ablauf. Falls jemand diese Strecke kurzlich gegangen ist: Wo wurdet ihr einen Abstecher streichen, wenn es unterwegs spater wird? Mich interessieren besonders Wege, die ohne Reservierung und ohne Auto funktionieren. Bei Regen konnte ich den Plan unterwegs noch etwas abkurzen. Ich freue mich uber Hinweise zu realistischen Gehzeiten zwischen den Stationen.
